Therapeutic Refuge was established in 2018. Founder, Joshua Primeaux, has 15 years of mental health and substance abuse experience in various inpatient and outpatient settings, including private practice, hospitals, IOP, schools, and corrections. Joshua has counseled young children to older adults (and everyone in between), suffering from mood disorders, anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders, substance abuse disorders, post-trauma, sleeping disorders, etc.
